We are continuing to work safely
Throughout the crisis, we have been focused on delivering the best possible outcomes for all our customers whilst looking after our people and our business.
Our services have continued to be in high demand but people’s wellbeing remains our number one priority.
However, safe ways of working will stay in place for the good of customers and staff for the time being.
Our staff will continue to observe social distancing and the appropriate use of PPE as they have done over the last year.
We are also maintaining our existing hygiene, cleaning and safety measures. For example, hand sanitizing stations at entrances to all our buildings and shops.
Bulky Waste collection

We are closely following official advice, guidelines and regulations in store and when delivering our services in the community – the guidelines can be found here.
Our stores in Morecambe and Blackpool are open following lockdown, with all staff and customers adhering to official Covif-19 guidelines.
All other services remain active.

For any clear and collection services, we are now able to enter properties to collect items. All of our employees will be wearing the correct PPE and we ask that you maintain a safe distance at all times, and ventilate the rooms in which the items are, prior to arrival. If you or anyone living in your home is self isolating please contact us and we will reschedule your collection.
