Please see below for the most recent information from Furniture Matters regarding COVID-19 and how we are working to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.

At Furniture Matters, we’re continuing to monitor the Government response and are currently following the most up to date advice available. You can find the latest government updates here.

We will be updating this page regularly as the situation develops.

Our Stores

After careful consideration, we have taken the decision re-open both our Morecambe and Blackpool stores. Please remember to wear an appropriate face covering as per the current Government guidance, but we look forward to seeing you in store soon!

Bulky Waste Services 

Our Bulky Waste service in Blackpool is now operating again. To arrange a collection, you can visit the self-service section here.

Our Bulky Waste service in Lancaster is now operating again, as of the 1st April. To arrange a collection please call Lancaster Council on 01524 582491

As of the 27th April, our Bulky Waste service in Wyre is operating again. To arrange a collection, please call Wyre Council on (01253) 891000

If you have booked a slot for either of the above, our Bulky Matters operatives will not be entering your property. We are therefore advising people that have booked the service to leave their items outside of their property.
